FAQ

What are your hours?

Drop-off is from 7:30am-9am Monday-Friday. We ask that our students have arrived by 9am so that they have enough time to transition into their classroom before circle time begins. Children are able to be picked up any time until 5pm.

What are policies regarding allergies, medications, and vaccinations?

We are a peanut-free facility, and each classroom has additional restrictions based on individual allergies. The only medications we are allowed to administer are EpiPens and inhalers. All students are required to provide current vaccinations and flu shot records before their first day.

When is tuition due?

Tuition is due 1 week in advance to attendance and can be paid in person via credit card or through the website.

What kind of events do you have?

We have a Valentine’s Day dance in February, an end-of-the-year celebration in June, Trunk-or-Treat in October, and many visits from fun holiday characters like Santa and the Easter Bunny.

Are you open on holidays?

We are open normal hours on most federal and state holidays. The Fourth of July, Thanksgiving (and the day after), and the week between Christmas and New Years are the only holidays we close for.

What are your rates?

We offer very competitive rates.

We also accept CCAP and other assistance programs.

Do you supply food?

We do not supply food, however there are microwaves in each classroom to allow for hot lunches. Two snacks plus a lunch are required daily.

How often do the children get to go outside?

We take the children outside twice a day, weather permitting.
